Follow Along As Newhouse NYC Students Takeover the @NewhouseNYC’s Twitter

The Newhouse NYC spring semester is winding down, and to celebrate the last two weeks of school, various students will be taking over the @NewhouseNYC Twitter handle to live-tweet their days. Follow along all week, and if you have any questions about Newhouse NYC, ask them! Just tweet your Q at the @NewhouseNYC handle.

FAVORITE NEWHOUSE NYC SPEAKER SO FAR AND WHY: I really enjoyed hearing from Jozen Cummings at Twitter. He was able to leverage his editorial skills and background into a totally different field, and it was inspiring to hear about how he made that work and the challenges he faced along the way.

FAVORITE NEWHOUSE NYC SPEAKER SO FAR AND WHY: Thea Haigh from Sunshine Sachs because she’s living proof that if you’re passionate about your job and you work hard, you don’t need to step on anyone to make your way to the top. I aspire to be like Thea because not only is she extremely good at what she does, she’s genuinely happy to be doing it.

MOST DELICIOUS THING I’VE EATEN IN NYC: A classic squared slice of pepperoni pizza from Prince Street Pizza in Nolita.
FAVORITE NEWHOUSE NYC SPEAKER SO FAR AND WHY: I loved hearing from Doug Melville at TBWA. He’s such a dynamic (and hilarious) speaker. He gave us great and useful advice.
